Licensee path
Run Bucks Dog Training of [your city].
A Bucks Licensee operates a single-territory dog training business under the Bucks Dog Training brand. You get the methodology, the software, the brand, the lead flow — and the standards that come with carrying our name.
What you get
The brand. The system. The pipeline.
Exclusive territory
Single-ZIP for an Apprentice Operator (L1). Metro area for an Operator (L2). Multi-metro for a Senior Operator (L3). Nobody else carries the Bucks name in your zone.
Bucks brand & assets
Full brand kit: logo, color, type, photography library. Ad creatives that work. Intake scripts. Phone trees. Website templates. Google Business + Meta business assets granted under your operator account.
Lead routing from corporate
Every inbound lead in your territory ZIPs — phone, web form, Google Local Services — routes to you. The marketing engine of the whole network feeds your funnel.
Tier progression: L1 → L2 → L3
Start at L1 with a single ZIP. Hit scorecard thresholds and your QBR action items, expand to L2. Master Operators (top-5%) unlock L3 with regional rights and the ability to mentor newer licensees.
Mentorship + Coaching
Direct line to corporate coaching. Quarterly Business Review with scorecards, peer benchmarking, churn-risk telemetry. Brand-audit feedback loops. You're never alone on the field.
The ERP, fully wired
70+ module megaapp: CRM, scheduling, training programs, invoicing, payroll, phone, marketing automation, dog records, employee management, time tracking, kiosk, mobile apps. Same code Bucks corporate runs on.
The deal
What we ask in return.
Carrying the Bucks name is a privilege. These are the standards that come with it.
Methodology adherence
Balanced training — ecollars and prong collars as humane communication. Verified quarterly via brand audits. Non-negotiable.
Cert minimums
Every trainer holds a Buck U Foundations cert within 90 days of hire. Head trainer holds a Master cert within 12 months. Seats included in your monthly fee.
Brand standards
UI, customer-facing materials, intake scripts, hold-and-release policies, phone scripts — all governed by the corporate brand book. Quarterly brand audits with finding-by-finding review.
Operating financials
Designated ACH account for licensing fees + per-trainer recert fees. Transparent monthly reporting. Operator scorecard tracks revenue, capacity, lead conversion, churn.
Quarterly Business Reviews
One QBR per quarter with your assigned coach. Agenda, action items, follow-through tracked in the ERP. Action-item completion rate feeds your scorecard.
Tier progression accountability
Falling below threshold for two consecutive scorecards triggers a coaching intervention. Sustained underperformance can trigger tier downgrade or termination per §9 of the License Agreement.
